Aftermarket Service Program:
AFE provides superior repair service to all customers. When using
the repair services at AFE, you will be able to enjoy the following
benefits:
Direct Shipments:
Controllers can be returned directly to Curtis and once the repair
is completed, they can be returned directly to the customer.
Service Upgrades:
Controllers sent in for repair will receive all of the required
hardware and software upgrades, thus leading to a more reliable
repair.
Service Lead-time:
Most repairs performed within 7-14 days depending on parts availability.
Rush Repair Service:
We can expedite the repair of the controller by insuring that as
soon as it arrives it will be given to a technician who will immediately
start the repair. This service is limited to one controller at a
time and additional service charges will apply
Cross Ship Program:
For controllers that are in stock, we can immediately ship a replacement
to you, thus minimizing your downtime.
Detailed Repair Summary:
At the end of each repair, a detailed repair summary is written
explaining what was found wrong, the components replaced, and the
procedures we followed to bring the controller up to current specifications.
Two Year Warranty:
All repairs warranted for two years from the date of repair.
